The ‘Handelspark Hanuschstraße’ project is located near the Neuromed Campus Linz (formerly the Wagner-Jauregg Hospital) in the Bulgariplatz district of Linz, bordering several residential complexes, a hotel and a grocery store. The site is accessible via Hanuschstraße, which has bus stops, footpaths and cycle paths.
Approximately 30 per cent of the 7429-square-metre property has been built on, with a surface area of around 2285 square metres occupied by buildings and other structures.
