The showcase project of an office building in passive house standard with folded facade and green plant concept for air humidification by pos Architekten ZT was developed as Building of Tomorrow project.
In 2008, the Vienna Business Agency established the ENERGYbase as a green building. Today, the course of studies "Renewable urban energy systems" of the FH Technikum Wien is located there.
