The architectural office Schenker Salvi Weber won the Europe-wide competition for the new headquarters of the Post in 2013.
The multifunctional building complex combines office and retail space. In addition to Austrian Post's headquarters, a shopping centre with around 20 shops is being built at the Rochus post office.
The IBO provided the building physics, dynamic building simulation, flow simulation, climate engineering and ecological consulting including klimaaktiv potential analysis and partial services for ÖGNI certification.
