With LCA expertise, the work processes of ÖKOBAUDAT are scientifically monitored and critically analyzed. This comprises the
- analysis and further development of the data format and the processes
- conception and updating of documents (e.g. ÖKOBAUDAT Manual)
- ongoing maintenance and updating of the website www.oekobaudat.de
- analysis of relevant activities and standards in Europe and Germany
- review of datasets to be included in the ÖKOBAUDAT.
In recent years, the focus has been on the internationalisation of ÖKOBAUDAT. To this end, a network of international LCA databases and their data stocks was designed and demonstrated.
